Clean the lens, steady the tripod, add even light, and confirm the full ball and clubhead are visible. Then measure the floor-to-lens height again and compare it with Tracker settings.
Work from the phone setup outward. Camera height and lighting affect tracking; network and firewall settings affect simulator connections.
Change one thing at a time and test again before moving to the next section.

Clean the lens, steady the tripod, add even light, and confirm the full ball and clubhead are visible. Then measure the floor-to-lens height again and compare it with Tracker settings.
Turn the phone volume up and wait for the ready tone. Close any other app using the camera, reopen Trackeon, and confirm camera permission is enabled in the phone's system settings.
Refresh the browser simulator to create a new QR code. Increase the display brightness, remove glare, and keep the entire code inside the scanner frame.
Keep the desktop app open and confirm both devices are on the same local network. Recheck the computer's local IPv4 address and allow the simulator through the firewall on private networks. Use port 3111 for Open Golf Sim or 921 for GSPro unless you have changed the simulator's settings.
If you still cannot get connected reset the OpenAPI connection in GSPro or reset the connection in OGS and try again.
Return to Tracker and wait for the ready tone before hitting. For Open Golf Sim, set the starting club there and handedness in Trackeon. For GSPro, set both club and handedness in GSPro.
Restart the phone app and desktop simulator, try one connection type at a time. If you're still stuck, submit a bug report from the Account tab in the app or email us using the link below.
